Continuous Menstrual Bleeding or Spotting :: Tried and Tested Solution from Kitchen
Periods can be very tricky. Normally, a woman of child bearing age has periods that last 3-7 days. But sometimes Menstrual Bleeding can be irregular, sometimes delayed or sometimes occurring continuously for months. This abnormal bleeding pattern can be because of different reasons mainly due to some hormonal imbalances.
If you are facing prolonged continuous periods or you have menstrual spotting that continues for months then I have a simple solution straight from the kitchen. Believe me it works.
During my teenage, I met with an accident and therefore got a scar on my neck. I got stitches on my neck but due to my skin being sensitive it swelled up after a few weeks. The doctor injected some serum in the swollen area so that the skin goes back to normal. Everything went as per the plan, except that due to dosage of the injected serum I had menstrual spotting that went on for several weeks. Doctors said that it was a side effect and that I would recover in some time.
When this spotting continued for several weeks my grandmother who is always a savior when it comes to natural remedies suggested me a cure and it worked. I had shared this age old treatment with many people going through continuous menstrual spotting (because of various other reasons)and it worked for each one of them.
To begin with, you will need a cup of cows milk that it not boiled and lemon juice.
As soon as you wake up in the morning, even before brushing your teeth, pour 100-150ml of unboiled cow's milk(preferably room temperature) in a cup and add 2 tsp of lemon juice to it. Drink it immediately after adding lemon juice. Please note that as soon as you add lemon juice, the milk will turn thicker and this is perfectly normal. You need to take this liquid on a empty stomach and refrain from eating for almost an hour. Take it for 7 days and within 1 week your menstrual bleeding should stop.
